For chef Tori Arzt, the culinary arts are a second career act. A fine arts major in college, she spent 16 years in retail marketing, only to discover her true calling in the kitchen. After working under David Burke in New York and Thomas Keller in Las Vegas, she found her way to Jackson Hole, where her authentic Italian fare has helped make Glorietta Trattoria a favorite among visitors and locals alike.
