Vertical Harvest is a three-story hydroponic greenhouse that produces food for the Jackson community year-round while employing people with developmental disabilities. It was founded by Nona Yehia in 2009, who has since served as CEO of the cutting edge greenhouse while also being a practicing architect. Caroline Estay joined her in 2010 as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, overseeing Vertical Harvest’s innovative staffing and development.
