Record Breaking First 2 Weeks of 2020

Jackson Hole has had record-breaking snowfall in January, 2020.

Jackson Hole has transformed into a stoke-fueled powder vortex over the past two weeks. 126″ (10.5 FEET!) of snow has fallen thus far in 2020, and our wintery dreamscape will persist for the foreseeable future with no reprieve in sight. To put this month’s record breaking snowfall to date (January 14) into perspective, we’ve compared some simple statistics below from Bridger Teton Avalanche’s historical data site. Take a gander at the historical tables below and try not to let your jaw hit the floor. Oh, and ask a local, who will undoubtedly tell you it’s definitely a January to remember!
