Rodeo
Every Wednesday and Saturday night in Jackson, the sun goes down and the lights come up on one of the west’s oldest traditions: the rodeo.
This is your chance to see real, local cowboys and cowgirls in action. The Jackson Hole rodeo is a competition — or rather, a series of competitions. It’s a show, a spectator sport, and a cultural experience all in one. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged.
Sustainability tip
The Teton County Fairgrounds is just a few blocks away from Snow King Mountain and downtown Jackson. If you’re staying in town, walk or borrow a START Bus bike to avoid traffic and get an extra taste of fresh air.
